Helen began practising osteopathy in London and established Osteopathy Pukekohe in 2004. With more than 25 years of experience, she tailors treatments to the individual using a range of approaches from gentle cranial osteopathy to joint manipulation.

Bachelors in Health Sciences and Masters in Osteopathy

Jane holds a Masters in Osteopathy and focuses on understanding the bigger picture of health. Her treatment approach combines cranial osteopathy, visceral techniques, manipulation and articulation to address underlying causes of symptoms.

Phoebe Joubert (née Brown)

Bachelor of Musculoskeletal Health and Post Grad Diploma in Osteopathy

Phoebe holds a postgraduate diploma in osteopathy and has a particular connection with the equestrian community. She uses both manipulative and non-manipulative osteopathic techniques.

Nicole Howes

Bachelor of Musculoskeletal Health and Post Grad Diploma in Osteopathy

Nicole is an empathetic and dedicated osteopath with over two years of clinical experience treating patients across the lifespan in student and satellite clinics. She is skilled in patient-centred care, manual therapy, and collaborative practice, with additional experience in specialist settings including BrainTree (Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s care), Young Tamariki (paediatrics under four), and Te Ora Hou (community-based treatment).

Nicole treats patients of all ages, including babies, and has completed additional study in the Paediatric Osteopathic Evaluation of the Newborn to 4 years.

Outside of the clinic, she enjoys going to the gym, paddle boarding, playing golf, or simply relaxing.
